Step to return mattress:

1. Contact hello@zensleep.com.au – Clearly mention about return mattress. 

2. You will get communicate from our return department.

3. 100 nights sleep trial start from date you ordered.  100 Night calculated when you placed order.

4. Mattress Return is not free shipping. You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping cost vary based on your location

5. Our Return address : 

6. We only offer one mattress return per household. 

7. All mattresses must be clean and undamaged to be eligible for a return. Damages include (but are not limited to): ripped or torn cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover. 

8. zensleep.com.au has a right not refund or partial refund based on mattress conditions. 

9. All Promotion free items (Example: Bed Sheets set / Waterproof mattress cover / Pillows ) Must be return and must be in good condition. If condition is not good, zensleep.com.au has full rights to charge promotion items.
